We strive for excellent customer service, so our refund policies are designed to reflect that.
If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of receipt of the purchase and we will be happy to refund the purchase price minus the shipping.
If you are unhappy because of a defect or because our listing was not accurate, we will do everything we can correct the problem.
Due to the nature of our business, most of our products are "one of a kind" in our stores,so the only remedies we have are refunds or discounts.
As our stores are hosted by other sites, our payment methods are limited to what that site allows. When it is allowed, we accept Paypal and Major Credit Cards. If you absolutely cannot pay with those methods and the site allows it, we accept United States Postal Money Orders that can be purchased through your local post office.
We ship via USPS and FedEx Ground depending on the store. Our Amazon shipments go out via media mail via USPS. Check the listing for the item you are interested in for details on how it is shipped.
